About Me
Let me introduce myself.
Hello, friend — I’m so grateful you’re here.
My name is Tiffany Secula, and I am a Christian, a preacher’s wife to the wonderful Dr. Nick Secula, and a mom to three amazing (nearly grown) kids. My life has been shaped by faith, family, and a deep desire to walk alongside others as they navigate the hardest parts of their story.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in Kentucky, and I’ve spent many years serving as a ladies’ Bible class teacher, Sunday school teacher, speaker, and author. Whether in the counseling office, the classroom, or a retreat setting, my heart is to help women and children discover the hope, strength, and identity God has already placed within them.

A Christ-centered space for healing, growth, and renewed hope
I became a counselor because I wanted to work alongside my husband in ministry and meet people right where they are — especially when they feel at their lowest. My passion is helping individuals find their footing again, reconnect with God, and take courageous steps toward healing and spiritual growth.
Who I Serve
I feel especially called to support:
• Women and children
• Those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or chronic stress
• Individuals struggling with low self-worth or identity
• Those facing spiritual burnout, uncertainty, or discouragement
• Clients with ADHD or autism who benefit from specialized, compassionate support
Every person who walks through my door carries a story worth honoring, and I consider it a privilege to walk beside them.

My Counseling Approach
My style is gentle, client‑focused, and strengths‑based. I believe God has already equipped each person with tools, resilience, and gifts — sometimes they just need help uncovering them.
I integrate:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
• Motivational Interviewing
• Christian Counseling
• Biblically grounded encouragement and insight
Clients often tell me they appreciate my genuine care, my ability to truly listen, and the way I understand what they’re trying to express — even when the words are hard to find.

What I Want You to Feel
When you step into my office, my hope is that you feel:
• Cared for
• Safe and calm
• Brave for seeking help
• Reminded that God deeply loves you
Your story matters. Your healing matters. And you don’t have to walk through it alone.

Ministry, Writing & Speaking
For over 20 years, I’ve taught ladies’ Bible classes and children’s classes, and I’ve had the joy of speaking at women’s events and retreats across Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Indiana. I love meeting sisters in Christ from all over and sharing the hope found in God’s Word.
I also write Bible studies, prayer journals, mental health scripture journals, and even a youth fiction novel — all created to help others grow spiritually and emotionally. You can explore these resources on the Books tab.

My Guiding Scriptures
Two passages shape the way I walk with others:
• “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
• “The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart…” — Psalm 34:18
These verses remind me daily that God is near, He cares, and He invites us to lay our burdens at His feet.

If you’re seeking a place where faith, compassion, and professional support come together, I would be honored to walk with you. Healing is possible, hope is real, and your next step can begin today.
